1948, Haifa occupied city, Palestine. Dr. Saeed lives in Haifa with his wife, Latifa, and their son, Farhan. He sees Simeon – his childhood neighbor and playmate – placing a bomb in a train. Informing the police about the incident is the beginning of his troubles.

Seifollah Dad (1955, Koramshahr – July 28th, 2009, Tehran) was an Iranian producer, screenwriter and director. He was the co-founder of Sina Film. He was the head of Cinema House’s board of directors from 1995 to 1997 and deputy director of cinema at Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance from 1997 to 2000, which is believed to be the golden years of Iran’s cinema. Seifollah Dad died of cancer at 54 in Tehran.
