Iran is a land deeply rooted in history, with a millennia-old culture and a rich civilization. From this ancient heritage, the voice of friendship and kindness has consistently risen, and its people have long spoken the language of peace. It is a nation that cherishes life through love, not war, and it is precisely this profound and enduring culture that has never permitted us to yield to oppression. Instead, we have stood in solidarity with the oppressed and with freedom-seeking peoples around the world.
